We intend to incorporate and teach Table banking to groups of our pastoralist communities who rear livestock for both commercial and subsistence purposes. Due to the climatic changes experienced we would wish the community to become financially free through livestock insurance.
Insurance on a local scale will enable the Maasai community and especially the Loita community to be reinstated once we experience long drought seasons that at times kill livestock as a result of lack of pastures and water.
